LOW STATIC ESP DUCTED SINGLE/DOUBLE SKIN FAN COIL
The Polar Air Low ESP ducted Single and Double Skin fan coil units have been specifically designed to meet the specific demands of specific market requirements such as the Middle East or Australia. This range offers the option to choose a decorative grille (MAHS models) for decorative applications projects.
The Polar Air Low ESP ducted Single and Double Skin fan coil has a range of AC and EC motor 230V/50Hz units with the following capacities:
Single Skin: 1mm galvanized steel with 10mm insulation.
Double Skin: sandwich panel with two inner high-pressure PU foam insulated walls. Inner wall made of plane galvanized 0.8mm steel, and outer wall made of pre-coated 1.0mm steel.
Built with seamless copper tubes and headers, mechanically expanded into corrugated aluminium fin material for a permanent primary to secondary surface bond. Tested at 35 bar, with maximum operating limits at 20 bar.
Heavy-gauge galvanized steel with die-formed inlet cones housings, inlet forward curved centrifugal type, statically and dynamically balanced for smooth and quiet operation.
EC motors with included driven controls PCB, constant torque, permanent magnet, 3 speeds pre-set to allow precise air balancing.
AC 3 speed motors are PSC, permanently lubricated type with internal thermal overload protection.
Easily removable and washable filters made from self-extinguishing acrylic with EU2 (G2) (Merv 2-4) efficiency class. G4 (Merv 8) efficiency filters are optional.
Single wall painted steel drain pan and an outer wall lined with 5mm NBR insulation.
Selectable left or right-hand water connections.
Designed to prevent air leakage between casing and joint covers, with optimized forward-curved metal centrifugal fans and water circuit designs to guarantee utmost performance and low water pressure drops.
